We aim to improve quality of life and promote independence to allow older people to remain at home and enjoy life to the full. Sessions can be conducted at the individual’s own home, residential home, nursing home, or our clinic – wherever is more appropriate and comfortable for the individual.
Physiotherapy is an interactive process that relies upon client participation to help manage a condition. We offer bespoke, individualised treatment plans with manageable goals intended to strengthen muscles and increase confidence with everyday activities.

As well as providing treatment for ailments, we offer advice on aids to improve mobility both inside and outside the home. We can help make day-to-day activities easier. For example, we can help with walking, climbing stairs, and getting in and out of bed.
